Vegan Banana Bread

I went googling yesterday for a good vegan banana bread recipe that used applesauce, so I could make a loaf for my DH. Very pleasantly surprised to find there are quite a number of delish sounding recipes floating around. This is the one I made, with a couple of freestyles.

Banana Bread (Vegan)

My substitutions were to use 1/2 and 1/2 whole wheat flour and unbleached all purpose flour, instead of all purpose exclusively. Also, I used agave nectar instead of honey.

Dry, wet, & nuts all lined up and ready to go.

Batter up! Ready for the oven.

The end result.

And let me tell you, it was delicious!
